Corporate Administrator

Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries and communication
  • Dealing with company formation and administration
  • Opening bank accounts for customers
  • Performing customer due diligence checks and ensuring compliance with AML Procedures and Customer Acceptance Policy
  • Drafting various documentation related to corporate entities, such as resolutions, minutes of the meetings, Powers of Attorney, trust deeds
  • Operating the in-house company management system

Experience and qualifications required:

  • Experience in similar position will be considered as an advantage
  • Holder of Degree in Law, Economics or a related field
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken. Russian will be considered as an advantage
  • At least 2 years previous experience in a law firm, company management or similar corporate environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Team player
  • Be entitled to live and work in Cyprus without any restrictions
